This short cell animation was created for a collaborative project for Ebony Gustave & Robin Bean Crane's Creative Wildfire Initiative. Over three hour-long meetups, a small cohort of visual artists created work in support of Solidarity Economy education and outreach. The larger project can be found here. I created 18 seconds of animation and an incredible artist, Río, created the illustration in the final frame.
This animation was made with zero planning— it was a valuable opportunity to play, follow my intuition, and make something fast!
